Andy’s Emerging Artist Fund enables AIDA to provide scholarships
to contemporary decorative artists from Israel to participate in summer residency
programs.

June 2009: In cooperation with Watershed Center for the Ceramic Arts, AIDA supported scholarships for Avner Singer and Ester Beck. AIDA also supported a residency for Moshe Roas in cooperation with Haystack Mountain School of Crafts and provided Boris Shpeizman a grant to participate in the Glass Art Society's Glass Fashion Show.
July 2009: In cooperation with Penland School of Crafts AIDA supported a scholarship for Sarit Assf. AIDA also provided a scholarship for Orly Wexler to participate at the Toronto Outdoor Art Exhibit.
July - September 2009: In cooperation with the
Studio at the Corning Museum of Glass,
AIDA supported scholarships for Nirit Dekel and Hiyuli Liberman.
March 2008: AIDA sponsored Shlomit Bauman's participation at the National Council on Education for the Ceramic Arts
(NCECA) conference.
July 2008: In cooperation with the Penland School of Crafts, AIDA supported a residency for Ella Wolf.
July – August 2008: In cooperation with the Studio at the Corning Museum of Glass, AIDA supported residencies for Netta Bacon and Noa Hagiladi.
August 2008: In cooperation with Watershed Center for the Ceramic Arts, AIDA supported a residency for Raya Stern and Eva Avidar.
March – September 2007: In collaboration with the Trio Vetro Glass Studio in Tel Aviv, AIDA provided 6 months of studio time to 5 promising glass artists: Moran Ressler, Lizbeth Biger, Noaz Harel, Dalit Velleman and Alexi Ben-Abba.
June 2007: In cooperation with The Studio at the Corning Museum of Glass, AIDA supported a residency for Hiyuli Liberman.
July – August 2007: In cooperation with the Penland School of Crafts, AIDA supported residencies for Anat Grozovski-Aboucaya and Gali Grinspan. AIDA also supported residencies for Marcelle Klein and Yael Atzmony in cooperation with Watershed Center for the Ceramic Arts.
December 2007 – March 2008: In collaboration with the G Studio (formerly Trio Vetro Glass Studio) in Tel Aviv, AIDA provided 4 months of studio time to 3 promising glass artists: Lizbeth Biger, Miri Greenson and Alexi Ben-Abba.
July 2006: In cooperation with the Watershed Center for the Ceramic Arts, AIDA supported residencies for Irit Abba and Meira Una.
July – August 2006: In cooperation with the Corning Museum of Glass, AIDA supported residencies for:Rachelle Goldreich and Moran Ressler.
June 2005: In cooperation with the Watershed Center for the Ceramic Arts, AIDA supported residencies for Michal Alon, Anat Bar-El, Yael Novak, Ethel Pisaref and Ronit Zor.
