Born: 1952 in the Ukraine. Immigrated to Israel in 1957
Graduated with honors in Jewelry Design from Bezalel Academy of Art, Jerusalem. Apprenticed at the well-known studio of Andrew Grima in London where he worked for the Royal Family.

Tiglat apprenticed at the well-known studio of Andrew Grima in London which worked for the Royal Family. During this period Julian exhibited his work at Electrum and Argentum galleries in London. Upon returning to Israel he set up his workshop for the development of personal design. Julian has taught jewelry design and making in Haifa and Tel Aviv.
Julian's work is on permanent display at the prestigious "Joya" in Tel Aviv. His 22-karat jewelry collection is also presented at the famous "Padani" and "Celius." His current line of work, "Mesopotamian Breeze," explores the primeval Middle East culture through his figurative statuettes. He has developed his own technique to realize those complex forms.
