Nati creates items of apparel from sheets of copper. To make her creations she uses a combination of techniques: cutting, sewing, perforation, etching, oxidation, coloration with chemical agents, and enamel. In her sculptured garments, she creates a dialogue between the soft and the inflexible and creates the impression of a second skin. All of her techniques, particularly the sewing and perforation, are enhanced by the penetration of light. Nati's work is represented by the Yaw Gallery in Birmingham, MI.
